We are a small, family-run boutique winery located in beautiful
Serralunga d’Alba, in the heart of the Barolo DOCG zone.
With less than 2 hectares of land, every grape and every
bottle receives hands-on attention.
Our Wines
Here at Sukula we focus on
the King and Queen of Italian grapes:
nebbiolo and barbera.
We craft stellar bottles of Barolo and Barbera d’Alba
from our small estate, and our small size ensures
a focus on quality and consistency.

Azienda Agricola Sukula is a hidden gem buried amongst the rolling Langhe hills in Serralunga d’Alba. With jaw-dropping views, private tastings in the winemaker’s home, and a genuine warmth of hospitality that is impossible to match, a visit to Sukula is one you’ll never forget.
We are open by appointment only. Due to our finite amount of wine and limited space, we are unable to accommodate drop-in guests at this time. A tasting fee may apply to all visits.

I’m Riikka Sukula, a wine and hospitality Jackie-of-all-trades. I love new business and new concept development. My path has taken me from restaurant concept developer to restaurateur to Italian wine importer to viticulturists.
Jyrki Sukula
I’m Jyrki Sukula, they also call me Cuoco Pazzo, here in Piedmont where I live with my family. This page is about my work and information on how to contact me. I’m an overall superman of food, gastronomy and wine with more than 35 years of practice in restaurants kitchens, in front of TV cameras, food industry companies etc.
